Processing Time
Orders ship within the timeframe listed at checkout. Processing time may be extended during sales, holidays, and restocks.

Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are estimates. Shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or holidays are outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address cannot be refunded or replaced.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered or In Transit by the carrier:

• Novelty Aura is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
• Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
